Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced OutSystems Developer to join our team and support digital transformation initiatives for our banking client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing enterprise-grade applications on the OutSystems low-code platform, with a strong understanding of financial services and banking processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy secure and scalable applications using the OutSystems platform for banking use cases such as customer onboarding, loan processing, KYC, etc.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Integrate applications with core banking systems, third-party services, and APIs.
  • Ensure robust data security and application performance across all layers of the stack.
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings and contribute to sprint planning and estimations.
  • Document application designs, configurations, and development efforts.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions with minimal downtime.


Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in OutSystems development (Web & Mobile).
  • Strong knowledge of banking/financial services workflows and terminology.
  • Proficiency in building integrations using REST, SOAP, and third-party banking APIs.
  • Solid understanding of SQL, relational databases, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps pipelines (LifeTime, Jenkins, Git).
  • OutSystems certifications (Associate Reactive / Professional) preferred.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security protocols in the banking sector.
